Tiffany is a former Administrator with the Free Library of Philadelphia, bringing 18 years of experience in public libraries, where she championed equitable access to information, inclusive programming, and community engagement through an asset-based lens. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from RIT and a Master’s in Library and Information Science from Drexel University. Tiffany’s professional and volunteer background includes leading support groups for the Young Survivor Coalition, providing reference services at the AIDS Library, managing the Philadelphia Fight Prison Health Newsletter, and delivering HIV/AIDS education, counseling, and referrals through CHOICE. Diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer in 2009 and living with metastatic disease since 2021, she is deeply committed to patient advocacy, cancer research, legislative action, and peer support. Tiffany is a 2023 Hear My Voice alum, GRASP participant, and a lifelong advocate for the cancer community, animal rescues, and the healing power of nature.
